The sand is not the soft sand either, it is more like fine tiny pebbles lots of rocks would wash up on shore. Maybe it was the time of year we went, but the water was so rough no one was swimming. The other draw back is the beach going into the ocean. I should have just said no, but they suck you in with vouchers for the spa! (Spa is amazing by the way!!! and well worth it) Another thing watchout for the 90 min presentation.no its not a time share, but it isn't 90 min either and I lost a lot of valuable sun time if you know what I mean. I am guessing because we were maybe at 20% occupancy they obviously wouldn't need all the restaurants open. Other things they have to work on would be maybe letting people know what restaurants are open on what nights. We did have repair men knock on our door about 11pm one night about the lack of hot water, but due to language barriers I am not sure what they could accomplished at that hour of the night. There were a few days that we had to pester them about getting our fridge restocked with water and no towels, but we felt this was pretty minor. We did have to move rooms a couple times due to leaking toilets, shower doors that would not close properly and no hot water. It is a beautiful resort! It has some gliches to work out with it being brand new. Kitts St.We were at the Now Amber April 9th to the 16th.
